Independence disclosure
Surf is an independent ordering service. The restaurants and merchants you can order from through Surf have no affiliation, partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement relationship with Surf unless their page is explicitly marked as a claimed, verified merchant profile. We show restaurant names to identify them truthfully — the way a phone book or a personal assistant would — and for no other purpose.
How ordering through Surf works
- You tell Surf what you want, and approve a cart at the restaurant's own live prices.
- You confirm the exact total: items, tax, any restaurant delivery charges, your tip, and the Surf fee — each shown as its own line.
- Acting as your authorized agent, Surf places that exact order on the restaurant's own ordering site, under your name, with contact details that reach you.
- We confirm the order to you only after independent verification — including the restaurant's own confirmation — that the restaurant received what you approved.
This is the same thing as asking a friend to place an order for you. Our Terms of Service formalize it: you appoint Surf as your limited purchasing agent for orders you approve.
Pricing disclosure
Menu items are always at the restaurant's own prices, fetched live when you order. Surf never marks up items. Our compensation is the Surf fee only: $1 on orders under $10, or 10% of the order at $10 and above, always displayed as a separate labeled line before you confirm. Where a restaurant charges different prices by channel (for example, many restaurants price their own delivery menus higher than pickup), you'll see the prices that restaurant actually charges for the channel you chose.

Trademark notice
All restaurant and merchant names, logos, and brands referenced by the Surf service are trademarks of their respective owners. Surf uses merchant names solely to identify the merchants from whom you may order (nominative use). Surf does not display merchant logos or brand imagery for merchants that have not claimed their profile. If you are a rights holder with a concern, contact legal@orderwithsurf.com — we respond quickly.
For restaurants: this is a channel, not a threat
Every order Surf places is a first-party order at your own prices through your own ordering system, with zero commission taken from you. If you'd like to own your presence on Surf — your branding, your recommendations, your customer conversation — claim your profile: partners@orderwithsurf.com. If you'd rather we didn't place customer orders on your public site, contact legal@orderwithsurf.com and a human will respond.
